    Discovering his passion for food at a young age, Blake has 20 years of experience in the food industry. He began his first chef job at 16 years old and went on to work all over the world, developing his skills through diverse experiences. He worked as personal chef in Germany, bossed in fine dining kitchens in major Canadian cities and even worked the land and livestock on farms in Mexico and France. He arrived to Montreal after selling his own restaurant in Edmonton, and discovered a new world when he became an assistant food stylist. This line of work became his passion, a place where he could indulge his need for organization, creative problem solving skills, artistic temperament and fascination for food. Blake’s talent and dedication soon became apparent and he has got him invited on shows such as À la di Stasio, La tag BBQ and La Foodie List.
